COVID-19 OFFICE UPDATE – REDUCED HOURS AND TELEHEALTH
At Metrolina Dermatology, we are closely watching the CDC, WHO, and the American Academy of Dermatology guidelines to keep our patients, our team, and our community safe.
At this time, we are remaining open for only any essential dermatology visits to both established and new patients. If you have a scheduled appointment in the next few weeks, we will be reaching out to you to either reschedule your appointment or convert your appointment into a telehealth appointment. We will give you detailed instructions during that time on how to proceed with your telehealth dermatology appointment time. In addition, during this time, we will be operating on a reduced weekly schedule as follows:z
REDUCED HOURS
Monday-Thursday: 8 am-3 pm
Friday: Closed.
Important: If you have a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone with these symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please call our office so that we can instruct you on how to proceed.
In addition, during this time, we ask that you not bring any additional visitors with you to your appointment, unless it is of necessity. We have provided hand sanitizer to be used directly when you enter our office. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please call our office.
