About Us

Sasha Haberle, MD, MPH FAAD

Sasha Haberle, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon from Emory University. Dr. Haberle graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then received her M.D. and Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill. Graduating at the top of her class, Dr. Haberle was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, which is the highest academic honor in medical school.

Dr. Sasha Jenkins Haberle completed her internship at Intermountain hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She completed her dermatology residency training at Emory University School of Medicine, serving as the Chief Resident during her final year. During her time as a resident, she received the ASDS resident scholarship award and worked with leading experts in both cutaneous and transplant oncology.

After her residency she went on to receive highly competitive sub-specialty training and completed her fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Cutaneous Oncology, and Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University Department of Dermatology. This Procedural Dermatology fellowship is certified both by the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) and the American Medical Association’s Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). During her training Dr. Haberle performed thousands of dermatologic surgeries.

Sasha Haberle, MD has authored numerous scientific articles and textbook chapters, spoken at national meetings and served on numerous committees. Dr. Haberle is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society, International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative, Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society, and North Carolina Dermatology Association.

Prior to moving back to North Carolina, she practiced with Dermatologists of Southwest Ohio in Cincinnati performing Mohs surgery, skin surgeries, general dermatology, and cosmetics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing sports, and traveling.


Alyssa Daniel, MD, FAAD

Alyssa Daniel, MD, FAAD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 10 years of patient-care experience. Dr. Daniel earned her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, after earning her Undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Public Health. While in medical school, she earned the prestigious induction into Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and graduated with Distinction. She went on to complete her Dermatology training at Wake Forest University’s Department of Dermatology, where she was later selected as Chief Resident.

Dr. Daniel specializes in complex medical dermatology and hair/scalp disorders, and has treated patients with various conditions. In her hair loss clinic, she performs hair rejuvenation techniques, such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). She is also trained in aesthetic skin care and cosmetic procedures. She serves as an adjunct faculty member for UNC School of Medicine, participating in medical student education. She has written numerous publications in an array of dermatology subject matters.

Outside of clinic, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She grew up in Charlotte and attended local middle and high schools. She was a former competitive dancer, danced on the Dance Team at Chapel Hill and now enjoys dancing recreationally, teaching, and travel.

Sarah Salvaggio, Family Nurse Practitioner

Sarah Salvaggio is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. She began her medical career working as an ICU nurse in a level II trauma center, where she became certified in trauma medicine. In 2014, Sarah earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating magna cum laude at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. For the past five years Sarah has been fulfilling her dream career goal, working in Dermatology. Sarah is a member of the AANP and the Dermatology Nurses’
Association.

In her free time she enjoys exploring the beautiful city of Charlotte with her husband and one year old son. Sarah also loves to read, travel and watch football in the fall.

Chrystell Cluck, PA-C

Chrystell Cluck, PA-C earned her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest University, graduating with distinction. With over five years of dermatology experience, she is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and completed their Diplomate Fellowship for advanced training.

Her passion for dermatology began as a medical assistant, leading her to pursue elective work in the field. Today, Chrystell treats a wide scope of dermatologic concerns, with a special interest in general dermatology, acne and rosacea, atopic dermatitis and skin cancer surveillance. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating skin cancers, psoriasis, eczema, melasma and seborrheic dermatitis. Believing in the power of patient education, Chrystell empowers her patients to be active participants in their skin health.

Outside of work, Chrystell enjoys hiking, playing tennis and cheering on the Tar Heels.

Jasmine Aguilar

Jasmine Aguilar is a North Carolina native and graduated from the aesthetics program from Aveda Institute Charlotte. She has been in the aesthetics field since 2016 and has extensive training and experience treating all skin types and conditions such as acne, sun damage, melasma, aging skin and more. She provides popular treatments such as medical grade facials, microdermabrasion, hydroskin rejuvenation, oxygen facials, and personalized chemical peels. She also offers laser hair removal, microneedling to treat acne scars, fine lines, pigmentation, and pore size, as well as photofacials and sublative laser technology. She frequently combines technologies to provide the best treatments and outcomes for her patients. She works in close proximity with Dr. Haberle and Sarah Salvaggio, FNP to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan. Her passion is her patients and she will always do everything she can to help them meet their skin care goals and give them their desired results. She is highly knowledgeable in all things skin care and makes sure each patient has their own customized regimen to follow at home.

Jasmine’s passion for skincare started when she was a little girl who loved to watch her mom take care of her skin and apply makeup. Struggling with keratosis pilaris and acne herself, her curiosity and interest for treatments and skincare ingredients began to rise and ultimately lead her to follow her passion into aesthetics. Originally she started her career in the spa esthetics field before making the switch to medical skin care. On her time off she likes to listen to music and podcasts, spend time with her daughter, and travel to visit family and friends in Mexico. She has a warm personality and wants to make sure every patient fully understands every procedure she performs.
