Accepted Insurance
Metrolina Dermatology participates with many insurance companies and is affiliated with several local hospitals. Please bring proof of your insurance to all of your visits. If your insurance requires a referral, please obtain an authorization form from your primary care physician. We will also need a copy of your driver’s license or other valid identification. If you choose to be seen and do not have insurance, or have insurance with which we do not participate, you will be responsible for the cost of the visit and any procedures on the day of the visit.
