Sarah Salvaggio, FNP
About Your Provider
Sarah Salvaggio FNP-C is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. From a young age, she was introduced to the nursing role and inspired by her mother, a former NICU RN. In 2010, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She began her medical career working as an ICU nurse in a level II trauma center, where she became certified in trauma medicine. With a long term dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Sarah earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating magna cum laude at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. Having a passion for exploring dermatology and treating skin diseases, Sarah was fortunate enough to accept a role in dermatology and has been specializing in the field for the past 8 years. She loves all aspects of dermatology, however she has special interests in acne and psoriasis.
Sarah is an active member of the AANP and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. She stays up to date with the most current dermatology journals and case studies, and maintains continuous education annually at dermatology conferences.
