About Your Provider
Dr. Alyssa Daniel is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their skin. With over 10 years of clinical experience, she provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including acne, rashes, pigment disorders, and routine skin exams with a focus on prevention and early detection.
Dr. Daniel earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and graduated with distinction. She completed her dermatology training at Wake Forest University and currently serves as an adjunct assistant professor at UNC School of Medicine, contributing to medical student education.
Dr. Daniel has contributed to numerous dermatology publications across a variety of clinical topics and has been recognized as a Top Doctor from 2019 to 2025.
Known for her clear, personalized approach, Dr. Daniel takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and develop straightforward, effective treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and dancing. A Charlotte native, she was a former competitive dancer at UNC Chapel Hill and continues to enjoy dance recreationally.
